something is eating coleus

What is eating my coleus and even catnip? There are holes all over the leaves and spraying doesn't help. Would it be slugs? I didn't think slugs would eat catnip.

Hello ,

Judging from the fact that spraying doesn't work,the culprit might be a smaller longheaded locust.

It is very fond of a varity of Salvias and the plants of Labiatae.
My Agastaches in paticular are biginning to be eaten by them.

could it be cabbage worms? there are tiny black or green worms here doing damage to everything. they don't like sevin.
