This is a dwarf red abutilon. I cut it back and it came back just great and bloomed like crazy but now although it is still blooming, its leaves are yellowing and falling off...both old and new. Could the need for repotting cause this? If I want to keep it in the same pot, can I remove it, clean up the roots, use new soil and repot it in the same pot?
Abutilon problems
I'd check it closely for mites or whiteflies first. Abutilon usually don't need a huge pot to grow well. JMHO!!
