Well I have had three of these plants for going on two years. I nursed them through our grueling summer last year and winter. They remain EXACTLY the same size. Just when I think they are going to shoot along, the outside leaves poop out and I am left with shoots in the middle which thrive for a bit. They just never get anywhere! I am going to give them until June 1........and then I don't know what. Any suggestions??

Move them. They obviously dislike the area they're planted in. Try them in light shade and a free draining soil that isn't too fertile.
