Okay..here goes...this is my 1st grade school pic. My mum made the vest for me...it was my favorite! I hope others will post there pics here, too, or I will be so mortified!

And this is my mum at about 20. Only a few pics of her at this age still exist.

I just put together a family album of old pics so I have them handy. I think this one of me is second grade, so circa 1957.

And my parents circa probably 1945, he was an American soldier and she one of the many British girls who fell for one.

Keep them coming everyone. This is fun.

I titled this picture " my mother owned a comb."
MY sister, my cousin and then me. I think we let the other kid have his picture made because he was so dressed up with his hair all combed. I think he was rubbing it in. Or so it looks that way.

This was my Mom as a little girl. It was always called "Dirty Face". This is fun (we have hundreds of old photos because all my family and my DH's family have given us the old photos-we have scanned many of them and made CD's to hand out to the family members so they won't get lost-but we have a lot to go and some of the people we have no idea who they are anymore).

Hard to believe these were me! LOL But here I am or was..

Shoe,it's hard to imagine all that hair and beard you have now, on that little boy in the tub.You can still see the twinkley eyes though,both then and now.That's an adorable picture.

WEll...since my beautiful cousins...Sgtdot, ginlyn AND Georgiaredclay...were brave enough to post their pictures...I will too. I guess I was about 6 or 7 in this picture....my Dad in the back ground.

This is the first pic of me 52 years ago at 3 1/2 mos.

This is one of my favorite photos. This is my Grandmother with her grandchildren. I'm on the left standing up. This picture was taken after we moved into the first house my parents bought.

This is fun! Love everyone's pictures!!! This is a picture of my sister & I (I'm on the left). Our parents were divorced. When we visited my dad, he had all the cool stuff! Here we are sharing whip cream that used those whippette things to blast it out. I don't remember what they're called.

This is really a good thread. Shoe the link brought back some good memories. BTW what happened to Granzpa Jack??
JO you forgot Zany and I are twins so she would have to be a cousin to you also. She was always prettier than I. They used the good camera to take her pictures with and the cheap one to take mine. I think that is the reason she always looked better than me. LOL

AWWW Cousin Jim...we'll just have to take your picture with the GOOD camera next time we meet...and Cousin Zany will allow it for sure!! LOL

A psychologist once advised me to find a picture of myself as a kid and to keep it handy to remind myself that I'm the same funny, goofy little kid inside that I was back then. I thought that was so cool to think about!

Heh...I think I get that same look today when plotting something! Howie can back me up on this.

What great pictures, GW what a dolly you were.

This is me when I was about eight or nine years old. I begged for curls for my picture to be taken, Normally I wore french braids.

This is my Grand Father & G. Mother the little girl on the right is my Mother, left is her sister.

GW, I agree. This is just the bee's knees. But I don't know about no dolly, look more like an imp to me, tee hee.

I have pictures of myself as a child, GW, but we don't have a scanner and I have no clue what would be involved with loading a photo "from scratch." If you can find a picture to post, you're welcome to do so! I've always loved that photo of you (above), by the way. So mischievous!

This is fun! I like seeing what the other kids here look like Since I do believe there is a kid in all of us still that will never grow old.

Now here's something to make everyone's clocks to stop running.
In lower, right hand corner; wearing number 11 basketball uniform and having a bad hair day as well.

LOL CoCo, Enlarge that one a bit so these old eyes can see the "bad hair " in all its rebellious splendor!
