Concept of Native Plants
Very interesting. Thanks for the link. I'm glad it's in a .pdf file. I'll share this with my partner who is a edible/native gardener here in the Pacific NW.
Very interesting, Golddog. The local garden club hosted a speaker last month who spoke of invasive plants. The subject of what is considered a "native plant" came up in the ensuing discussion. My question was "How long does a plant have to be somewhere before it is considered a native?" I supposed the same question could be posed for people, as well. I've emailed this link to the woman who spoke about invasive plants, and I think she will find it interesting.
