Pretty shocking isn't it? LOL We were in a monsoon all spring, then nothing all summer. Now this week we are back to drowning again! We got hit good yesterday too. Knocked my electricity out for three hours. Luckily it came on in time to cook dinner. :)

It started raining here about 7am this morning. A nice gentle and much needed rain. It rained most of the morning and is overcast now with the possibility of more rain. Maybe the grass will be green again. THe flowers, bushes and trees are certainly looking happier! lol

Well, OUR radar showed we should have had LOTS of rain this afternoon/evening... But 'twas not so. My rain gauge does say less that 2 tenths of an inch. Somehow, the rain seems to evaporate before hitting the ground, I guess.
