accdg to the vendor from ebay... this is called Paprika or red yarrow. the flower start as deep red in color, transform into pink to yellow as it matured. it is winter hardy in my area. it is a prolific bloomer and blooms year round even when temperature is down to 10 degs. F.
There are all kinds of yarrows, I have one called Fireland, it starts out bright orange and fades to a golden. I have a rosy pink one that fades paler, I don't know its name. White Flower Farm has different achilleas.
