spray over and under the leaves EARLY in the day.

I spend a lot of time on my knees in the garden weeding and hated all the kneepads I tried.to So I took my favorite jeans for gardening and sewed big pockets from the legs of a cast off pair to the knees. Now I just insert a piece of foam in the pockets an they stay put with no problem and I can pull out the foam for easy laundering. No mor straps that are too tight or too loose or cutting off the circulation in my poor old legs!

Lantana, the foam I use is old mouse pads cut to the size I want. It is thin so I layer it. Free and easy to slip into the pockets. Also use to make Stamps for painting they are too good a deal to pass up! Get them from friends and "free stuff" sites on the web!
