I need to know how to get rid of a rust problem that I am having on my Chilean Jasmine plant? This is the first time I have had to deal with this problem so I am not sure what to do before it kills my plant.

Wind, get some Daconil or a fungicide with chlorothalonil as the active ingredient and follow the label directions.
