What's eating my petunias?

My petunias are being eaten by something. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Maybe slugs? They do most of their munching at night and hide away during the day. You can sneak out at night and try to catch them in the act. I go slug hunting with a pair of scissors to snip the slimers in half. There's a couple more threads on here about everyones different slug killing techniques to check out.

slugs have all but eaten 16 zinnias. I put down this one type of slug stuff. they keep comin!
