http://home.gci.net/~bluffcam/javanest.htm Very interesting to watch...A mother Eagle and her two babies...Jo
Alaskan Eagle Cam
Wonderful! Makes me very, very homesick. We have bald eagles here, too, but not like in Alaska. In winter, especially, they are everywhere you look.
Very Cool! Thanks Jo, I'll be watching them now.
that is so exciting, I watched it for a while, the babies didnt move. but mama did. I have it bookmarked and will keep my eyes on them...

I'm just a little worried about that baby, it looks dead.
I was wondering too Pebble. I haven't seen it move since I've been watching it. I wish the Mama would move over. I haven't seen the other baby yet either.
the other baby is on the left side of the mama, kind of buried under the mama, but I have my doubts about the baby on the right, I have been watching non stop and there just hasnt been any movememnt
A foot! I see a baby foot! It must have moved. Yippee!
The second baby's head is directly at 12:00, just the back of the head is visible, still no movememnt on sleepy head...
That's brilliant rr, thanks for putting that up. Definite movement from the chick on the right while i was watching!
Im glad to hear that Phil, I havent seen any movememnt, but I've been popping in and out of it, so I might be missing it. Better get back, or I'll be missing it again :)
Yes it put it's head up and looked round.
Oh.....do you mean the right as we look?

really? oh wow - yes, on our right - I havent seen it do that, i have seen some movememnt but it looked like momma was rearrenging baby. this is sooo addictive.....watching them i mean
I saw it stick out a foot a bit ago
OOOOh she's gone!!! We should get a good look at the chicks now.
Yes, they're definitely BOTH moving ^ ^
mama flew the coop yeay both babies looking great :)
the one on the right has his head at an unnatural angle though....
edited to correct spelling - cant type fast and spell correctl - only have about a 10 seconds window before the babies move....

got a great shot of baby on right's head... he tried to hold it up.
Now I know I have company while I sit here and watch!!! Glad you enjoy it. I have one for the Fla Manatees too...maybe I'll put it on...and we can switch back and forth. Jo
man oh man, this is so much fun.....
hope everyone else is enjoying this as much as I am...
the babies are moving around quite nicely.
did you guys see the little mites topple over on each other?
Ooooooh yes please Jo
I used to watch a couple of live cams, a bird cam and a squirrel cam, always a lot of fun and entertaining as well.
the babies are sleeping.
I watched them move that lighthouse at Cape Hatteras, NC...Loved it...but I had climbed up that lighthouse once....notice I said ONCE!!! Jo
This is SO, SO COOL! I've heard about these, but never knew where to find one. I couldn't help but take a screen shot when they were both sitting up & facing each other. It was too funny because the next shot showed them collapsed... So much effort to get up & then to have to start over again... Thanks for sharing RoadRunner! Great for my son to watch, too :)

They must not be very old. They don't act too strong yet.
I sent the link to my children, and they are both watching it. I see momma is back.....
thanks again for posting this link :):)
No, joan they must be quite young, I dont think their eyes are open yet even.
Morph, I was watching too when they collided...
Yes, Pebble, it was so cute ~ but I felt for them, too... Does anyone know when they hatched?
I just printed a picture of them.....how cool :)
Kind of looks like she's feeding them now. They are both wide awake and heads up.
I think she is feeding them because she keeps moving her head to the left & then returning her beak to the one in front. I've taken a few more screen shots of her feeding them :) So much fun to watch!
One of the guys in the office said that they must be newly hatched....like within 24 hrs.
Missed the feeding (had to do some actual work...)
I'm watching from work too Pebble. LOL!
lol Joan...
I just saw them eat...
funny little babies, although, I wont be able to watch as diligently over the weekend :) to much real work to do...
Sorry you two are at work :( I may be sitting here watching for awhile since it's near 7:00 p.m. now. This is one of those reasons I try to avoid DGs whenever I'm at work ~ lol... wow, if they're just hatched that soon, this is even more amazing!
About half an hour ago, either Mom or Dad appeared & the family of four were all there together :) I got a few screen shots... The one who'd been with them flew off probably to feed & the other was soon following. Babies were sleeping well until the sun broke through at just the right angle & now they're hovering in the tiny bit of shade that there is in the nest. So cute...
Oh, I missed that! I'm home from work now and have it loaded. DH is a huge eagle fan and has a collection of eagle statues in his office. He is watching them with me now. I hope something happens before it gets dark there and we can't see. I'd like to show him a shot with the parents or at least one parent.
Joan, the snapshots are smaller this time, but here are two links to two separate pix I took when they were all there.
