Sometimes you get lucky and find some neat plants at Wally World. I found a Delphinium naudicaule 'Laurin' last week. Anyone grow this plant? It says perennial but I wonder if I should expect this to behave as an annual. It's in a 4 inch pot... will it bloom this summer?
Red Delphinium
poppy i planted red delphinium seeds last yr and they are about to bloom-they look dark purple-so we will see!!!
If you get seeds please save me some!
You'll have to post a picture when they flower. I tried seeds before but never got any germination from the. I bet the hummingbirds will love them
Poppysue
The seeds never germinate for me (well done on that one NM! please let me in on your secret) but I do have a plant of D nudicaule. It is perennial but a short lived one, it's often an annual for me although it is hardy to about 8F on well drained soils. You should see some flowers this year :)
