JOSTABERRY
(Ribes x spp.) A tasty thornless cross of gooseberry and black currants. Combining the best of both fruits. Excellent for jams, jellies or fresh. Vigorous, disease-resistant and easy to grow. Grows 4-5 ft., Zones (3-8)
I also found this in Mellingers.....want to try it...but would rather here from someone who has tried them, first!
ok now on to Jostaberry
excellent links, thanks Ma Vie!
