Dave, Java is enabled. I've checked all settings and simply cannot find anything amiss. I'm connected through AOL (unfortunately--trying to change that). Does that create a problem? Thanks for any help - sorry to be a pest.

But, now that you mention it, you are only the second person to report an unsolvable problem, and both of you are using AOL. I wonder if AOL is blocking some customers and not blocking others... Wierd.
