Would this work

Plymouth, PA(Zone 5b)

I posted a pic of my 1st garden a few days ago at:

I am already thinking about expanding the lower level out more on the left & right sides and adding Japanese Blood grass on each side. Please look at it and tell me what ya think? The Grass I have now is about a foot or so high and has its red on the tips. I am wonder when it turns all red if it will clash with the plants in my garden.
thanks

Tammy, your Japanese Blood Grass will look spectacular with your other plants. Ideally, it should be planted so the afternoon/setting sun shines through it, intensifying the color. It will invade your flower beds though through underground runners, so perhaps extending the beds as seperate rock-bordered beds would be perfect. John
