Goin' to 'tucky!!!!

Okay, never heard from Nana and she never showed up. I went down and stood on the side of 71 and waited and waited not knowing what time they would be going through. It must of been around dinner time when I saw them go blazing through. Man! That Stan has a lead foot! I jumped up and down and waived and hollared. I think I saw Kathleen point and laugh! She must not have been wearing her seat belt because I think I saw her fall over. Only a few truckers stopped to pick me up and they kept calling me Kathleen. I got so tired of explaining that my name was NOT Kathleen! Yes it was on the sign. Jeeze! I guess I will dress like cow on Sunday and paint their names on my butt and go stand on the side of the road again. Maybe that will get them to stop. :)
Happy traveling Kathleen. Glad you arrived. :)

Well, here I am, one soaked and sad bovine (look, a cow word!). I think I weeded a quarter mile of 71. I got so wet that my spots faded. Things can get crazy for a white cow in Cincinnati, and I can prove it! I did leave the ornament at home, as the udder was nonfunctioning (two cow words-somebody tell Nebraska Jewel! LOL). I have hung my ears in defeat and come back home. I have been drawn and quartered (well, I was unaware there were so many cuts!) and someone with a red hot metal thing tried to get me into his trailer! I have faced the fact that Kathleen is not going to stop. sniff, sniff, shedding tears I think I will start tattooing quilt patterns all over my body. Maybe that will get her attention. I just hope no one sees me and take after me with an iron.
