I think I need to just leave my house for the weekend or possibly longer! Why you ask?? Because I can't seem to stay out of the yard and flower beds!! I have tons of new stuff planted and I think I look at them toooo much! and I am not seeing too much of a change, because I am out there at least 3 times a day everyday!! lol So if I went off and came back a few days later...maybe I would notice a difference! I simply can't get enough of seeing my gardens!
I think....
Me too MB. I moved three roses today, along with two lantanas and an elephant ear. Everytime it would slow down on the rain I would head back out. Went to visit a niece in Al. this evening and thought about the flower beds and things that I wish I had gotten done the whole time I was there so leaving won't solve the problem. Now you could send me a lot of the things in your garden and then you could leave home and not worry about it.
I would sure like to leave for a few days, but I have seedlings strung out all over the place in flats. They seem to be growing too fast, since it is still very cold out there and my heated greenhouse is getting pretty full! I envy your garden jaunts. Just enjoy them.. it will all start to pop up soon, I'm sure!
That's a good idea Molly!! I could do with a vacation anyway!! But coming down to earth, my sick cats need their mama!!
I like to take pictures every week or couple of weeks, then when I am not noticing anything new, I can look at the photos and see for sure, that things ARE changing. LOL Thank heavens for the digital cameras and 'free film developing'. :)
