I want to start a "biblical" herb garden at my church in Rutherfordton, NC. Any suggestions from up this way on herbs that will make it through the winter?

No immediate suggestions, Vickie. Except that you might be better off posting this on the herbs forum. You'll likely get a better response there.
Welcome Neighbor...From one Vicki to another! Email me your phone number or email address and I can give you some really good nurseries in the area that might be able to answer your herb questions. Actually, Horns on Trade Street in Forest City is probably your best best for herbs. They have a huge variety and also carry hard to find plants. Let's get together when the weather warms up and trade some plants! vic
I once saw a site or an article about a lady that planted an entire biblical garden that was open to the public. I can't remember where though. Sorry. Maybe do a search for it to see if it's online. The only plants I remember being in there were hyssop and sweet cicely.
hope this site help u... http://www.mountainvalleygrowers.com/bibleherbgarden.htm
