Has anyone had any problems with mold on the outside of the pots if not, what am I doing wrong? I checked them and there was mold everywhere even the soil was starting to mold. Help I have to get this right before spring. Thanks a bunch.

Yup you will get a white mold on newspaper pots. So far this mold does not appear to afect plants.

2 options to reduce it.

1 let the soil surface dry out a little between waterings

2. a couple drops of houshold bleach in 8 oz of water, apply with a plant mister.

A small fan aimed at your plants also helps reduce it.
