One of these days I'll figure out how to do the have/want list, but in the mean time,I just remembered what I've always wanted to plant if I ever had my own place, some Papaw trees!Native to North America,a favorite of the Native-Americans,resistant to disease as well as insects, and a wonderful fruit to boot! This little gem grows to about 40 feet in hieght, in a pyramid shape and is believed to be a possible cancer fighter.Anyone got any seeds?
Papaw seeds?
The seeds must be collected and sown in Fall ASAP because their viability is lost quickly . I know of 2 suppliers that sell small seedlings if you are interested . I have 2 young trees approx. 5 FT. TALL growing in my yard .
WOW! Thanks Karma! I'll try to work with a cutting. That's really nice of you!I'll E-mail the address.I never expected to have one so soon,so there's no rush here,o.k.?THANKS again!
Chooch,Thank you for the tip. It's those little things that can help us all save valuable time, life is too short.
