we have new neighbors next door. well not really new they moved from behind us to beside us. they had to have several loads of dirt hauled in so that the septic tank and drainfield could go in. there is an area of raised dirt about 50 ft by 100ft. we suggested placing landscape timbers about three ahigh around it and planting it with low growing evergreen perrenials. they need something with shallow roots too. what would you suggest they plant so that they could have flowers and grennery too. remember the plants must have shallow roots.
need advice for neighbors
