I wanna plant seeds outside

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I am looking outside, and it's so beautiful out that I want to winter sow some seeds in the garden. I'm looking at those that need stratification, as it will still freeze here. What are some good candidates? I have these in mind:
Delphiniums
Poppies
Echinachea (Purple and white)
Ajuga
Antennaria - Pink Pussytoes
Globe thistle
Mexican Hats
Coreopsis
Swamp Milkweed
Foxgloves

Will these be okay to winter sow outside now? Any others that I could plant now? Walmart here finally got some seeds in, so I can get more. I've got a bad itch that needs to be scratched. LOL!

Those all look like they'd be fine to plant now. Some other good re-seeders for me are

Maltese Cross
Rose Campion
Basket of Gold Alyssum
Annual Alyssum
Maiden Pinks
Sweet Williams
California poppies
Larkspur
Lupines
Hollyhocks
Rudbeckia
Columbines
Catmint
Bellflowers
Balloon flowers
Gaillardia
Iberis (candytuft)
Chinese Forget-Me-Not
Forget-Me-Not

I'll probably think of more - having a mental block right now.

Thank you so much Poppysue. I have some of the seeds you mentioned too. I'm going outside now, well, in about 20 minutes when "A Gardener's Diary" gets over. I'm watching that, and gathering seeds from my box. If anyone thinks of more that can be planted now, please list them. I have a large area that I got ready last fall, and I'm going to plant it and see what happens. I don't have room to sow them all inside, so I'm trying some this way too.

Thank you so much for all the information. I'm sorting through more seeds today. I've decided to only plant half the pack outside now and save the other half in case this doesn't work so good. LOL!

Oh Trudi=i got this information from you when i were on Gardenweb and i have done what you have said, not with a load like you just a couple of trays so i have got a few perennials which will be big and bold this year.Great idea and thanks again.

I used Trudi's system last year and it works good almost any plant the reseeds in your garden or that needs stratification you can do this way. I had the best luck using milk jugs the ones I had in them did better than the ones I had in flats.
