hello! im pretty new to gardening, and i was wondering where and what would be the best way to learn how to get into gardening as a beginner. (for more context i live in California, and my soil is silt loam if that helps) but any tips would greatly be appreciated! https://9apps.ooo/

The best advice is to start small. Also, California has quite a few different climates, so you'll need to determine your growing zone. This map will help you with that.

Many new gardeners often take on more than they are prepared for...tiny little plants look so easy to manage till they grow into monsters,,,and weeds grow faster.
As I stated in the article, Your County Extension Office is a wealth of information on pests and soil. Since you are in California UC Davis heads this group, however your county will have an office.
