I have two dracanae, not sure what variety, like a lemon lime. Getting brown/yellow spots that grow and turn black eventually killing off the leaf. Think it's probably related to soil type. I use distilled water. Potted in Promix Organic. Mixed some pumice stone in to help drainage. Doesn't seem to do much.
Need a recommendation for a readily available soil that would be good for these plants. Mail order fine. In US. Thanks!

It actually sounds fungal rather than soil type. There are several different fungal diseases and in fact, most plant problems can be traced back to a fungal issue. I would start with a copper based fungicide. You can get a number on Amazon. Bonide has good reviews.
