Funny thing, Linda, When my grandmother's neighbor had surgery for breast cancer, They told her the same exercise.
Dr ordered me a script for Tramadol. I think I will try to only take it at night so maybe I can sleep.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

My Mom too Karen. She was to do it every time she got up from her desk to use the bathroom or break etc.

I took a long break during today & I'm on my way back to the table saw. It's not so much a "hutch" but a stand that is secured to the desk top. I hope to get them finished and at least ready to paint (preferably PAINTED) tonight.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Praying everyone is safe from those tornadoes.
Amazing photo of the tornado with the rainbow. Too close for comfort.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

ouch, on the frozen shoulder! I'm trying to picture that therapy......... ?!
I've known people who had frozen shoulder & even reaching for something or getting out of bed can cause it I've been told, but maybe they didn't realize they should mention falling.
I'm going camping for a couple of days with the local Fish & Game group that I'm a member of - Dianne & I, in her motorhome. Next weekend I'm going camping again, in my tent :) Looking forward to roughing it! It's about 1 hour from home, and there are people going who said if it rains they have a spare bed for me. Still, I'm looking forward to roughing it and need to try out my tent & gear before then.
The following Thurs/Friday Dianne & I are going to the Devonian Gardens.
I've been asked to do 5 memory quilts (think I mentioned that before?), and our Wellness group is going to do a memory bear for Una's family, out of a fur coat of hers that she gave me to be "made into something by the crafty ladies in the Wellness Group". She would have had no idea that it would be something in memory of HER.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Sunshine day, a day one could spend outdoors working in the garden so I am heading to town, beat the rush then spend the day doing some chores.

Dianne, sure hope you weren’t affected by the storm, looked at photo’s taken in Ottawa, rood contractors will be busy..no fatalities so that is great.

Susan your camping sounds like so much fun, don’t know if my crack could take it though.hope weather is good for you.

How did your project go Pat??

Did the meds help Karen.

Sharon, hooe the temps lower for you today.

How are you spending your days Lindakay.

I am taking Suzanne out for supper, changed from lunch because Shannon’s next door is doing a seafood dinner.

Off to town I go.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I am staying busy making baby quilts, or going to the tattoo shop. My neighbors daughter from back home is due in August with her first child. And a lady in church here just had a baby. I will post photos when I get them done.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

My roughing it days are over Susan. I am happy to hear that you still enjoy it. LOTS of entertainment plans with friends!

Linda, it's great that you have found some happy reasons to be quilting. They also make the job that much more enjoyable.

Karen, I hope you are relieved that it is NOT the cuff tear. I am sure the therapy is painful but knowing you CAN make it better with time should be encouraging.

Betty, I got the stand/hutch top "made" and dry fitted onto the desk. It seems like it will work. Once it's painted (gray) I will screw it on. I didn't paint last night & likely will not today. Adam is supposed to get the freezer out of the garage, and I don't want to start painting and then stir up dust.

The printer will go up on the shelf & leave plenty of room for Stanley to use it as a landing pad on the way to the window. Can you see him?? LOL No art work anywhere yet, the black & pink room is the start of getting my bedroom "put together". That gorgeous, embroidered quilt a friend made and gifted to me when she bought a new house & moved. The sheets & headboard were all her's as well. I LOVE my new rug! I going to experiment to see if I like black curtains in there better.

My DIL Carrie got stuck in the Chicago airport because of the weather on her way to a week long vacation with Scrap booking friends. She eventually got there, a day later and after an additional hour on an Uber ride!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Pat, I love those bedrooms. Beautiful embroidered quilt for sure.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Thanks Linda, I am slowly trying to get all 4 bedrooms done. I have NO artwork hung & I am still working on curtains. I keep reminding myself, it does not have to be complete NOW. BREATHE!

I did find some artwork in a thrift store today that I thought would look nice in some of the rooms. I doubt I'll find time to hang any tomorrow.

Adam came & took his 2 freezers so now I can get in my garage and paint the desk & new printer stand. I gotta stay out of Home Depot! It's costing me a fortune! Good quality paint is EXPENSIVE! The wood & cup hooks for the new necklace rack, there goes another $20 and that doesn't count the paint I already have!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Everything is expensive. It's horrible how prices keep going up.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

I can't seem to kick myself in the rear and get the painting done. I got up, did some gardening, spray painted garden art & transplanted into the new pots. I don't know if they will survive the transplanting in this heat. All the while wearing "paint clothes" but not getting any closer to painting the desk & printer stand. *sigh*

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Sheee boy I do get myself into messes. Article in our tiny local paper about a WWII vet who is turning 100 the end of next week. Well I just couldn't say "nice article" and turn the page. I looked up the reporter and sent her a message to please ask the family if they would like me to present a QOV to him. Yes they would, I had already checked with my local friend and she has a quilt available. I can pick up next Tues. Then I thought well I can get my certificates and quilt care instructions printed up and ready....NOPE D--N printer decided to act up. So I've been fiddling with it for over an hour...after I went and bought it more ink...no go. Checked on service and since I'm out of warranty it would cost and is an hour away. Says to myself..Self you have had that printer for 5 years now, lets see what a new one would cost. As it turns out close to what the service would be. On to Amazon I go. I can get it by Wed. and because I had birthday gift certificates left, for very little money. Only thing I'm P.O. ed about now is I just filled the ink tanks on it, It's the Epson with big tanks you refill. Have to see if there is a way to salvege the ink.
So now if all my little duckies will stay in their rows, I will be able to pull this off. LOLOL

northeast, IL(Zone 5a)

Took JohnJohn, one of my 2 year olds to run this afternoon. He finished his title and got a huge fancy rosette! I only took him because it was on the way home from our obedience class. He loves running, and definitely wasn't satisfied with only running one time. It's called FastCAT, it's basically running a 100 yard sprint. They're timed, and when they accumulate 150 points (1 point for every mph that they run), they get the first title, BCAT. (I have no idea what it stands for). He loves doing it, most dogs seem to love it. They're just chasing plastic bags with a squeaker tied to it, but, they all seem it's just the greatest thing!

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Awwww.... look at the beautiful hair. Looks like you have a breeze going & I will bet it was spectacular looking when Johnjohn ran!! Such a pretty boy.

Karen, don't you hate that? I have always have spare ink cartridges in reserve so I always end up with waste when a printer goes belly up.

Apparently, you need more than to PUT on your paint clothes to get any painting done. Sidetracked into getting the 4th bedroom cleaned up and set up.

Betty, where are YOU??

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

It is 107 at 6:45 PST. It was brutal today. I tried finishing the plant rack but ran out of paint. My daughter came over because she picked up my Costco prescriptions. I told her she ruined my whole day picking up my prescriptions. I was 5 minutes from leaving when I got her text. I was already tasting the hotdog and chocolate sundae. She laughed and said she probably also saved me a couple hundred dollars. I went to pick her some tomatoes and the daughter of my pool service guy was here yesterday with her father. She close to cleaned me out of ripe tomatoes. Some people just do not get it. When someone says help yourself, doesn't mean take everyone that is ripe.

Deb, that dog is magnificent. how are the pups.

Pat, you are making great process. Home Depot or Lowe has my number. I cannot control my "oh I need that temptation".

Karen, my printer is not used that much and every time I try to use it, it needs ink. I need to ask Google if there is anything I can do to the cartridges to loosen up the ink.
That is kind of you to get this Veteran his quilt. 100 years old, is old. I will soon be 81 soon and my goal is 90. Have no given any thought to 100.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

Susan, I couldn't remember what you said, so I had to go back and read it. That is why I sent my post because I didn't want to lose it.

I used to love camping. But that was a long time ago. I hope you are having wonderful time. The worst thing about a tent is getting it put together. I guess they have new ones that are very sturdy and easy to assemble. Just have fun.

Pat I love your new rug and the quilt and bed you were gifted by your friend. Good job on the hutch. Some days I can work 8 hours and never stop and some days I just do not get started.

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Sharon, I found with my printer that I didn't use it very often. When I wanted to print, I had to run the head cleaner and other utilities in order to get a good print. You might try that with yours. It might not be out of ink, it might just need a little boost.

Verona, ON

Muggy, humid day here. The AC is back on and the boys are enjoying it as much as I am.

Congrats to JohnJohn and yourself Deb. Zeke would love a challenge like that. He runs like the wind. How is the puppy gang doing?

Susan it is good to read you are having a great time camping. My idea of camping is when they don't put chocolates on your pillow at a hotel. It's weird as we spent several summers at the 'shack' with no running water, no hydro and an outhouse. And I loved it !!

Karen I was chuckling at your printer dilemma. I have run into problems like that. At 1 point I even yelled at the printer and told it if it wasn't going to work I was going to throw it on the floor. I think I saw it smirk at me.

Well the devil dog was back on the lane Friday and attacked Piper and Hailey. Hailey was trying desperately to get Piper out of this Pitti's grip. I personally like Pittis IF they are well trained. My cleaning lady says she will leave if I get 1 or ask me to keep the dog out of the house when she was here. She loves the boys especially Zeke. Our lane is 1 of peace, happiness and joy this dog does not belong. The woman owner said she would take the dog home but that's what she said and did the last time when it attacked Nyla.

Betty where do you get your Chinese food from ? Something close?

LK it sounds like you have landed in the best spot for you right now. I bet you see/meet some with lots of great stories.

Sharon I haven't done much with my gardens as it has been just too hot. I tried going out around 6 am with my head lamp on but the skeeters drive me inside. The Hostas are just beautiful. I might just add a couple of new types and call it done this year.

Be good to yourself ladies.

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

I threaten my electronics regularly that I'm gonna put them to the curb. I doubt I scare them very much. But this time the printer is going.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Karen, happy to hear your electronics have decided work again for you. When do you do the presentation of the QoV? Marie and I have not used the Longarm in several months. Phil's health has put everything on hold it seems.

We have not seen Betty post since the 14th. Anyone heard from her?

The local law have done nothing about the dog attacks? Or have you & neighbors not reported them? That is terrifying! I don't care WHAT breed it is. Aggression, and OFF the leash is simply not ok!!

Last night I got smacked in the jaw when I was breaking a tree limb for the garbage. Left a shallow gash about 1 inch long. I trimmed off the dead skin this morning.

It looks like the stuff I transplanted is going to make it. I was concerned, 103 earlier today.

Thumbnail by psychw2
Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Oh Pat, do be more careful.
The QOV presentation is next Saturday. Providing I keep all those little ducks under control.
My grandson came today and planted my new shrubs today. I'm hoping all the rain lately will help them to get settled in. He helped with some furniture moving too. Our furniture is so very heavy but I got these wonderful glides from Amazon and it has made a world of difference, I'll be getting more for our bedroom furniture too. I have more rearranging to do but it can wait until he can bring his brother. So good to help us.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

I just refound the glides I like best. I actually put 4 under my heavy pink dresser and LEFT them there. Since I was not sure if I had to readjust the dresser again, safer to leave it set and ready to push! I am so grateful that I am down to just the stuff I can move myself. The couch and loveseat were so heavy, even on glides they were almost impossible for me to move alone!

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

I know it's late for Betty, but I called her. She's ok she said - dizzy spells, but she'll be on in the morning.

Camping was great - spent it in Dianne's motorhome. Next weekend it's tenting.
No catching fish this weekend, for many of the group. Apparently the minnow in the pond were sufficient for the fish, and they didn't need our bait lol
Weather was fine, group campfire was good, too.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Glad to hear you enjoyed your camping trip Susan.
Thanks for letting us know about Betty.
I just got back home from urgent care. For a couple if weeks now, I have had a lot if sinus and congestion. Zyrtec wasn't helping, so tonight I decided it was time to get things checked out. X ray showed my heart was enlarged a little, and that I have an viral respiratory infection. I will pick up my meds tomorrow. I also see my heart specialist tomorrow, so I will let him know.
I got the baby quilt done for my old neighbors daughter. It's a bowtie block. I will mail it out tomorrow.

Thumbnail by taters55
(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Linda, I have never done the bowtie but seen it often enough, great job! Did you quilt it with a Stitch in the ditch on your domestic machine? Looks really nice and puffy, is it a high loft polyester batting? Do you have something you are using as a design board to keep your overall design easy to sew? I will be glad when I can put something up again.
I am glad to hear that you followed up with urgent care. I think it's hard to know when it's time to make that trip
.
Susan, thanks for following up with Betty. I worry when I don't see her post for a bit.

Karen, based on results, threatening my electronics has not worked. At the office they used to tell me, "talk to it gently". Yeah, THAT didn't work either! Contrary pieces of plastic and metal.

Sharon, hopefully you have ripe tomatoes again, that your plants have recovered for the "over harvesting" by the pool visitor!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I don't have a design board, I used my bed like always. Yes, I did the stitch in the dith on my machine. No long arm here. And yes, I used high loft poly batting.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

I love the dimension & definition that high loft gives but I am not fond of working with it.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

We still haven't had Betty here...........

Victoria Harbour, ON

Evening all, just sitting down for eats..

Susan thanks for checking up on me, appreciated.

Yikes Lindakay that is not good, thank goodness you have n appointment tomorrow. Love love love the bow tie quilt, I’ve never made the bow tie quilt. Used to use high loft until i stated the frame quilting,

Drats sat outside with Marie and there were ants she was swatting, sitting here eating and can feel ants crawling on my but not. I have the wall graph for my squares but only think i use it for is pin panels on it so i know i should be doing them, been 2 years since they are there hanging, maybe i can try to do at least one.

Pat, do you not have a room that you can take a break from your chores and enjoy some sewing? Is Marie using the long arm? If you don’t use it you will have to start from scratch. How is Phyl adapting to his new location? Is your jaw still sore?

Dianne, hate to hear the dog from hell is back.am hoping you had same weather that i enjoyed today.calling for rain for 3 days this week and smoke again from Quebec.

Karen you will so enjoy next Saturday, been awhile since you presented one. I should look on Amazon for some as well, might make it easier for vacuuming under the couch. Bet your new gardens and landscape are beautiful.

How are the puppies Deb, have their vision now right? Are they all going to homes and if so early August? Drats when we talk of August it comes to mind it won’t be long and fall will be here

I don’t know where the days are going?? Guess with little ones coming to sew and visitors the days go by and by nighttime I just plop.doing so much better since I’ve been off all those meds, nit sure why but I’ve been having some vertigo, just for a few seconds and only a few times a day, likely due to changing my meds… do know I’m much more energetic and yer don’t know where the days go??

Today I had 2 young ones, embroidered an apron for the young lad that got promoted as SousChef at Shannon’s, he was so excited when I gave it to him, told other 2 young lads and I’d do theirs. Also playing at medicine lady, cut jewel weed, boiled juice out of it and now have it in ice cube trays, now let the poison ivy come 😜

It would have been Roger’s 80th birthday tomorrow and it’s Linda’s 70th as well, messaged her to see if we could take her out for supper, she hasn’t responded.

That is all that is going on in my world.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

We hit 116 today. Tied a record for this date. Last time it was this hot on this date was 1995. I went outside to water some plants and was in the shade and it was totally unbearable. I came back in the house and worked on some paperwork for my accountant. Emma and I went for our walk at 7pm and stayed on the streetscape grass and the big grass area up by the tennis courts. We were only gone about 15 minutes. Just enough for Emma to get her business done. My cat Peanut wanted out about 5pm and I told her no. She is one unhappy cat.

I have no appointments this week so at least I can stay home out of the heat,

Pat, so sorry about the tree getting you. My Doctor asked what happened to my arm because it was all bruised up. I told him a bougainvillea attached me when I was gardening. I actually cut my finger the other day with my clippers when I was dead heading some plants and had my finger to close to the bloom.

Diane, that is terrible that dog attached again. I am so glad we do not have mosquitoes. But have an abundance of grasshoppers. And they are eating my basil, and leaves on my Hardy Hibiscus and many different plants. I found a huge one on my pepper plant the other evening and he was chomping away. He is now in grasshopper heaven.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

The post above was from last night. When I opened up the site, there was the post.

Karen, I took my ink cartilages out of the printer, shook them and put them back. The printer told me I did not have them installed correctly. So followed printers instructions. Listen for the click. I did that and low and behold, the printer worked. Probably never had the ink installed correctly.

I went to Lowe's today to get some more paint. I might finish tonight after sun is behind the mountains. Stopped by Trader Jo's which is just across the street from this Lowe's. I had to go to a different Lowe's because I purchased all of the color I was using at the one near me. Then went to Costco. Didn't buy much which was good for me. Got back and had help getting everything into the house and put away. And I did not get a hot dog or a sundae. More controlled today. Still very hot. But raining on the other side of town with hail.

Pat, I know how you feel when you have to wait to move something because you cannot move it. So frustrating because you need it moved so you can do whatever follows it being moved.

Linda, I am relieved you could get into your heart doctor so quickly. Was your infection in your lungs or sinuses? Your baby quilt is perfect.

Betty, pleased to see you are feeling better. I have the same problem recently with the day flying by. But it is because I am taking Emma for her walk later in the day, 7 or 7:30, so 8:30's time of getting started winding things down foe bed at 9 is not giving me much time. So that is why I am on my laptop during the day.

Susan, sounds like you had a great time. So pleased. Now we will see how next week goes with the "tent".

Hugs to you all.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I have a sinus infection, as well as bronchitis. Urgent care called it upper respiratory infection, but heart doctor today went over everything and explained it better. Told be to take my doxycycline, and they ordered a nebulizer for me to do st home breathing treatments with albuterol. That should be ready tomorrow.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

oh Sharon - went back & read your post about the tomatoes - talk about a greedy girl, taking all the ripe ones! Does she think you put all that work into your garden for other's benefits?

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Linda, the nebulizer should really help.

Betty, all those people in & out, no wonder the days seems to be GONE! Marie & I plan on putting a quilt on the long arm tomorrow. she has an appointment with Hospice tomorrow in the afternoon.

Phil is not adapting very well.... I was not very optimistic about him being happy anywhere (including if he was HOME!) Marie is very frustrated with him.

116? Sharon I would be a puddle of melted fat at that temperature!

It seems my efforts were wasted this morning. I painted the top of the desk black & pulled the painter tape off the gray body of the desk & it pulled the gray paint off!! NOW I have to sand and repaint the body!! At least I KNOW the printer stand will match the desk body now for sure LOL.

Last night I sewed up a simple pillow sham for the twin bed. That 2nd matching quilt has come in very handy! so far it has become a curtain & now a sham too. The quilts came with shams but they were the same as the body of the quilt and I liked the contrasting back better.

I got the headboard for the twin bed painted black this morning. This afternoon I bought a used pink area rug and have been TRYING to get several different sellers to get back to me so I can purchase items.

The wound on the face is still tender but appears to be healing fine.

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Betty, those bits of vertigo get me also. I find if I stad a couple seconds befor starting to walk and slow down a bit, I have less problems with it.
Sharon, My printer is the Epson with refillable tanks. They cannot be removed. In going through everything, I just think it has gotten too old and is time to hit the curb. Basically I did like the printer even though it is not as good with photos as the HPs I had. I think it has more quirks too but since I just bought a refill pack of ink it will do for as long as I am going to need a printer. I much preferred the quality of the HPs.
Just got a call the rehab place had a cancellation today and asked if I wanted to take it.. I said yes as it frees up one more day to get ready for QOV on Sat.
Pat I hate when people have items for sale and then don't bother to get back to you. I give them a reasonable time and then just move on. They are rude.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Afternoon, imagine, it feels like a September day with fall in the air.

Sharon, don’t know how you do it..guess it’s like us in winter, stay inside..you get to stay inside summer. I would’ve been annoyed as well taking all the ripe tomatoes, I personally would have left the ripe on vine and taken the just turning pink.

Great news Lindakay, bet you had a sigh of relief, still not the greatest news but not as worrisome that heart is acting up.

Karen, how much left do you have to do on the quilt? Know it’s handy to have a printer but with ink being so expensive and dries up so quickly I decided to go to Staples for anything I need. likely Karen it’s same reason I get those vertigo episodes, have to move slower when I 1st get up.

Big sigh Pat, Marie must be overwhelmed, hard to put your loved one in care of others because you can’t do it yourself and if Phil is making her feel guilty how sad. You sure are a going concern which likely makes you want to do more because you can see the end of it. Hope the sellers decide to call you back.

When I got up this morning it looked like rain but I thought if I keep not doing projects because there will be rain I will never get anything done and didn’t the rain move out of our area. Got the grass done then took out the power washer, was spraying all over due to a crack in the nozzle, i was soaking wet but it felt nice.did my morning 7-9 slot using up municipal water, helped but much more to get off the railings and steps. tree sap damages the wood, looks as though I painted it black, the 2 hours this morning helped.

Headed to Midland to purchase a new nozzle, was $49.99 for the nozzle or $69.99:for 8 different nozzles so that is the one I purchased..hope it makes a difference when I get back out there at 7-9.

Stopped at car wash, vacuumed, washed the Clare and wiped down the inside, poor car, doesn’t know what hit it, looks brand new, kind of is only 14,540 kl on it so i miles less than that.

Giorgia will be here at 1, almost hope she decided to Fido something else today.

Hoping wind dies down so i can burn the brush in the fire pit before next rainfall, pit is full, little tractor wagon full and wheel barrel as well..would make back yard look cleaner.

Have to say since I got off 1/2 the meds, i am so much more energetic.

Today would have been Roger’s 80th birthday..Linda turned 70 today, she doesn’t like the idea, feels depressed, told her it’s better than the alternative.

Time to get a move on before I decide the couch feels good..

Victoria Harbour, ON

Wind died down, did manage to do the burning, having an hour rest then do final power wash on front deck.

Starting to tire but i can rest tomorrow

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Glad the wind died down for you.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Thanks Lindakay, just gave the front porch a good scrubbing, what a difference. Tub is filling, nice hot bath will do me the world of good.

Drats Ziggy escaped while I was putting some equipment away, sure hope with the minks and fishers he comes in before dark.

I put in a hard day, .did it today and I felt my own self..been a long time i felt this energetic, even if I do nothing tomorrow it will be ok.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

Guys, I didn't know she picked them all until I went out to get some for my daughter for Saturday's dinner and I had so few. She will be here again Friday and I will tell her they are all spoken for. The figs were different. I told the gardener and his helpers to please take all of them because that would stop the mess the birds were making. I worked on my yellow jasmine plant this morning when we got back from our morning walk. It had grown very long branches that were going helter skelter. They were much taller than me so I was using a long pole to pull them down to my level so I could cut them off and get cuttings into the garbage container. Today was garbage day. I got about 90% done but had to stop because I was close to seeing stars. This was at 9am. They said we will have this heat another week. I spent th majority of the day inside. Went outside around 1:30 to pick my daughter some tomatoes and again, melted. I had picked up some Rainer cherries for her at Trader Jo's. I had a board zoom call at 2 and I looked like I had just got out of my pool.

Karen, how was your therapy?

Betty, good job on the fire. Now you can start cutting things back again. I am so pleased you are feeling more energy. if I take a Tylenol 3, it acts like an upper on me. I can pick up my house and move it three 3 to the left and then pick it up again and move it back. I cannot remember why I was taking them, for some pain somewhere.

Peanut was out today and I tried for 2 hours to get her to come home. I was in front around 6:30 and heard the hawk. I think she did too because she came home. Cat is crazy. She goes out in the heat and sleeps somewhere in the shade. When I went out to pick the tomatoes, I forgot and left the door open and out she went.

Linda, what did your heart doctor say. How are your sinuses.

Betty, tell Linda I am going to be 81 soon and actually happy about it. I have some great new grand babies, healthy and reasonably happy. Like you said, the alternative I am not ready for yet. My friend down the street is 85 and ill and she said the other day she was ready. She is not having fun anymore.
