Brown Markings With Spot

Any ideas on what I should be doing for this problem?
These markings have what looks like the remnants of having some pest causing the issue.

Usually such spots are from a fungal disease more than insects. Has it been very wet where you are? I would pick off any diseased leaves and bag them immediately. Pick up and bag all fallen leaves so the infection does not spread. Do not water later in the day but early. Never wet the leaves.
