For the last few weeks, these hyacinths have been blooming absolutely beautifully. One day I came down and they looked like this, completely shriveled.
Any advice as to what’s caused the change and can anything be done?

I think you did great having the blooms last weeks. I think anything over 2 weeks of bloom is a win.
Since you grew them in water and not soil, the bulbs are done and ready for the garbage. They will not bloom again.
