My night blooming Cereus has raised black spots on some of the leaves. Can someone identify the spots. The spots don't really seem attached tight. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Looks like caterpillar poop. Do some leaves have bites taken out of them? Look under and on top of leaves. Look at night with a flashlight too.
