I just moved into a new house and noticed that the smaller of the two palms in the backyard doesn’t look well. Multiple fronds are brown and hanging and the trunk appears tiled to one side. There are what look like holes in the trunk but I’m not sure if the trunk could naturally look like that. Please tell me what you think the problem is and how to address it.
