I had salvia that was doing good but after blooms dried up, I noticed white powder on leaves. I trimmed off spent blooms but need to know what I can do to get plant healthy again.

Mildew would be my first guess.

Yes, powdery mildew... Mix milk with water 1:1 ratio and spray thoroughly all over, or you can use a fungicide
