I planted 8 small Pinky Hawthorns 4 years ago. They have grown a lot, but I have nursed them through brown spot w/ serenade fungicide occasionally. Last season one bush on the far end of a row of 5 had a complete branch turn ALL BROWN and immediately die. All the other bushes and the plant's other branches remained healthy. This summer, the opposite end of the bushes has done the same thing. A full branch turned brown then died. Now the rest of the plant appears to be fading. These bushes are not showing a lot of brown spot fungus - just first fading, then turning solid brown rather quickly, then dead. HELP?
