Does anyone have exerience with Little Finger or Patio Baby eggplant. This is my first time growing eggplant. I picked a few of the Little Finger when I thought they were the right size, but it seems they weren't ripe. They tasted bitter. I read online to pick when they are firm and yield to light pressure. These are firm, but don't seem to yield to pressure. I am asking because the seem to be getting larger than I am expecting.
