Can someone Please tell me what they think is the problem with my cannas?

Such a compromised and widespread situation in several plants would suggest a fungal attack or the activity of Canna Leaf Roller. I would also exclude the Mosaic Virus because the leaves do not seem to me to correspond to the typical situation of this disease.
