Physically remove them from your plants. You could use some type of tool like forceps or pliers, or just wear gloves.

Tomato horn worms are caterpillar phase of clearwing, luna, sphinx, and many pollinator moths. Very important niche. We plant extra tomatoes or keep volunteers and put the caterpillars on them to eat, grow, and mature.
