Lavender losing color

Hi,

Curious as to why my lavender has lost all its colour and has not produced new flowers. The leaves are green and standing up right. Online guides suggested minimal fertilizer and water so I allow the soil to dry before drenching it with water until the water runs through the drain holes.

Maybe im watering it too frequently and should allow the soil to dry out for a longer period?
