Hi everyone I'm at a lost as to what is wrong with my shrubs and need help! I recently"rejuvenation" pruned my Texas sage and caped honeysuckle. Both were growing good up to this point. After the prune they have grown tiny light green growth but it never matures and they seem stunted. They have been like this for about three months now. I have started watering every 4 days for 2 hours with two 4l/h emitters per plant thinking maybe they aren't getting enough water but I haven't seen any improvement. Also the leaf tips appear to be burnt. I have also given them some fish emulsion. I'm not sure what else to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
