Not root rot,tuber is fine and getting new growth.

Hi. It looks like you never received an answer for your question. What did you do? Each year mine come up and begin to look good. Then all of a sudden the leaves begin to die and they look terrible. It could be a fungus or insects. But no one has answered me to tell me what products to use. Could you help me?
