Having lived in both NY and FL, my daughter sends me pictures of things she is growing in the Pacific Northwest, expecting me to know what they are! So I will ask you folks- I'm sure it's a common flower out west, but it isn't something I've come across before. Thanks for an ID.

Looks like an Aquilegia (columbine). Aquilegia caerulea I think.
