required wattage to grow fruits indoor

Hi

I am new to home indoor gardening and I am just confused with a lot of information out there.

I want to grow tropical fruits like physalis, blueberry, goji berry indoor but I do not know what is required wattage for lighting

I know that high-light plants that produce fruit like tomatoes need good light

but is single 40w t8 florescent is enough for 3 or 4 containers?
I want healthy plants that produce fruits but I have no access to direct sunlight in my apartment
please help me if you have any experience about it
