Austin TX fast growing hedge

I want a fast growing hedge that will grow to about 15 feet for privacy. A lot of homes here and in San Antonio have waxleaf ligustrum. Graceful clumping bamboo is also an option. The area is in shade/dappled sun. Any other ideas for something really fast growing?
