I am trying to diagnose the holes in my tomato leaves. Fortunately they are not widespread.
I have seen 1 or 2 tortoise beetles and some smaller black insects as well.
Someone suggested they were from sunburn.
Holes in tomato leaves
I'm getting this too, but only on leaves that are touching soil. I just cut those branches off anyhow as the plant grows. If yours are only on lower leaves touching soil, too, perhaps just cut those branches off like I'm doing and monitor closely.
Sorry I have no real solution or identification.
