This problem is happening to other users as well. I've asked our tech department to look into this. For now, the workaround will be that we will manually upgrade users.

If you hear of anyone else reporting this, have them contact myself or Melody and we'll be sure to fix it.

I suppose there's a way to NOT get the newsletter emailed to me? I don't get it, and I may have chosen to not get it. Where would I find that option, if there is one.

Yes, you can opt in and opt out of the newsletter at any time.

At the top, click on "preferences"
Next, on the left, click on "newsletter"

You'll see a link to add or remove yourself from the list.

Sorry for the delay in answering this one. I will see what our tech team can do about this. I know they have a lot of their plate with many bug reports I have opened - so this is not one that I can say will be implemented in the near future.

I notice today that "back to the top" icon is missing from the bottom of the pages. Can someone get that fixed?

It has been missing for awhile. They replaced it with the up arrow.

Just edited to add that I spotted the Back to the Top feature waaaaaay at the bottom of the page!! Yay!

Dave’s didn’t acknowledge my subscription renewal, either, and no Dave’s received-your-payment email they usually send right away. I emailed billing@davesgarden.com with the PayPal receipt. We shall see how long this takes!

MrsBoomer, the first thread on this forum has information about renewals. That might help.
