Every year I say I'm going to rip them out. And everytime I prep them and spray to prevent fungus at the very beginning. No less than 2 weeks of them coming out of the ground, this is what I have. What do you think it is? There in part sun part shade and the weather in New York has been cool lately. Like I said they're only out about 2 weeks.
Don\'t know what\'s up with my hostas
Looks like you may have anthracnose
Is there a cure?
I would look up anthracnose and see if that is an accurate prognosis and then see how it pertains to your garden situation anthracnose is generally a cultural issue i.e. lack of air too much moisture etc. so what the cure may be is entirely up to how you you garden and what sort of chemicals you may be willing to apply
