Hi guys. Can someone please help me identify what is happening to my st Augustine lawn. It was completely green and now there are areas where this is happening. I’m not sure if it’s a fungus or a pest. I’m in California. Thank you.

Looks like it could be brown patch wilhich is a tree of rhizoctonia you may have to adjust your fertilizer blend if that’s what it is
