Curious about advice for lights for seed trays. Have never used LED. just bought some and my seeds with it are leggy - maybe it is too far from the seeds though. Advice welcomed, I have a few more seeds trays to set up :D
Lights for Seed Trays
A full spectrum bulb in a fluorescent bank close to the plants should be ideal as the grow you will need to adjust the light. The etiolation ( reaching) that has occurred with your seedlings happens because the temperature and lightning values are not equal ie your space is too warm for the amount of light you are providing.
