Something is burrowing into the buds of my Betty Sheffield Camellia. Anyone have any idea what's doing this and how to stop it?
What\'s burrowing into my Camellia buds?
Camellias have several problems, bud drop, brown leaf, and cannot handle roller coaster temps, to name a few. That said, you would need to be up very early gray dawn lite to inspect for snails, caterpillars, or anything you could find...
I found a small caterpillar eating on my morning glory and everlasting sage that would cut the stem just under the bloom. If you see the culprit, post a picture!
