Self watering planter

I bought two self watering planters (unknowingly) on clearance from target. Either parts are missing or this works differently from other planters. There is one plug in the bottom center. Any help is appreciated.

Would need a picture of the side view and bottom view. Or Google -self watering pots, when the page comes up click "images" on top of the page and see pics to compare it too. Just my thoughts--if there is a name or number anywhere you could try a search with that info.
