We found this in the garage @ our lake house and have no idea what it is. It has a separate handle.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Vintage Gurney Earthway Plant Rite vegetable garden row seed planter. I found one on ebay with the description as follows:

"This is a vintage seeder to help with planing vegetable seeds in a garden. Attached to a long handle is a wheel with different vegetable names on it. These correspond to markings on the red distributing container attached to the wheel. The red container has holes that vary in size which allow different seeds to pass through."
