Two of my cheese pumpkins split yesterday, can I still use them? Plan on roasting for all things pumpkin. Would appreciate an answer.

Spliting cheese pumpkin
Nobody can answer?
I would think if you use them right away, they will still be good. If the pulp is getting soft, throw that part out.
