Geesh! Don't ya all go getting all teary eyed. Lisa and I were friends for about a year after that and then my family moved away. We were pen pals into our teens and then we lost track of each other. I am afraid I can't remember her last name now but if I ever remember it I'll try to look her up and see if I can get my doll back....LOL!

Maybe you can put out a search for her on the net Zany - I would be really curious to know what happened to her (if I were you I mean) :-)

Louisa, it would be really hard to search for her without a last name or anything to go on. I can tell you that according to my Dad her Mom remarried when I was about 10 and I vaguely remember her writing they were moving to some military base.

Had kind of a hard day but lo and behold..I knew if I tuned in I would more than likely get the smile back on my face. I did and then some!!!!!!!!!!
